Be vigilant against online fraud

Just a reminder to safeguard access to your Achieva account and to not share your passwords.  As is our normal practice, Achieva will never ask you for personal or account information via email or text.

CRA Direct Deposit Enrollment

Achieva customers can now sign up online for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) direct deposit to receive your Government of Canada payments including the new Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB).

With direct deposit, funds will be deposited directly into your account securely, with faster access to your money. To receive your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) payments via direct deposit or update or change your existing direct deposit information:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Select “Documents” from the Menu on the left hand side
  • Select CRA Direct Deposit.
