You can make deposits to your Achieva account in several ways.
You can transfer to your Achieva account from an account at another financial institution using Achieva Direct Transfer.
To set up Achieva Direct Transfer:
You will need the account information, bank information and a voided cheque for the account at the other financial institution.
• Login to Achieva Online Banking and click on the "Transfer" tab
• Select "Achieva Direct Transfer" in left-hand menu and follow the instructions
If you plan to make regular deposits, Achieva makes it easy. Our Automated Savings Program allows you to set up a regularly scheduled transfer from your other financial institution's account to your Achieva account. You select the amount and frequency of the transfer and Achieva will process it for you on those dates.
To set up your automatic deposits, complete the Automated Savings Program Form and mail it to us with a voided cheque from the account you would like the funds transferred from.
With the Achieva Mobile App, you can deposit a cheque directly in your Achieva account using your smartphone. Convenient and safe, login to the Mobile App and use your phone to take a photo of both sides of the cheque. Cheque must be in Canadian funds.
You can arrange for direct deposit of payroll or government cheques to your Achieva account.
Use your Achieva ATM card to deposit cheques or cash in your Achieva account at any Credit Union ATM Across Canada.
If you have registered savings plans at another financial institution, you can easily transfer them to Achieva. Simply visit our Accounts Forms page and complete the appropriate Direct Transfer In Form. Sign and date the completed form and mail it to the following address:

If you don't already have an RRSP, RRIF or TFSA with Achieva, please complete the appropriate application form which can also be found on the Accounts Forms page.
We will process and send your direct transfer in request to your current financial institution in a timely manner. We cannot, however, guarantee the processing time from the transferring institution.
You can withdraw funds from your Achieva account in several ways.

The Achieva Savings Account offers one free cheque per month. Achieva Financial provides free personalized cheques to account holders.
Use your Achieva ATM card to withdraw up to $400 per day at any ATM displaying the AccuLink, INTERAC and Cirrus logos across Canada.
Plus, withdrawals are free of surcharge fees at Credit Union ATMs across Canada.
Use your Achieva ATM/Debit card to make purchases using INTERAC Direct Debit across Canada.
View your account transactions and monthly statements, access online documents and purchase or renew a GIC online.
Login to Achieva Online Banking or the Mobile App to view your account transactions.
Sign up for Online Documents to access your monthly statements online in Achieva Online Banking or the Mobile App.
Sign up for Online Documents to access your tax forms and other documents online in Achieva Online Banking.
Login to Achieva Online Banking and go to the GIC Centre, RRSP Centre or TFSA Centre to transfer money to a GIC or select “Open New” to add a new GIC.
Login to Achieva Online Banking to renew your GIC online. Go to “GIC Centre” for a non-registered GIC, “RRSP Centre” for a RRSP GIC or “TFSA Centre” for a TFSA GIC, and select “Modify/Renew GIC”.
