You can use Achieva Direct Transfer to transfer to/from an account at another financial institution.
To set up Achieva Direct Transfer, you will need the account information, bank information and a voided cheque for the account at the other financial institution.
$1,000,000 maximum per Achieva Direct Transfer.
If over $1,000,000, please call us for assistance.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process Achieva Direct Transfers.
A) TO SETUP AN ACHIEVA DIRECT TRANSFER
STEP 1 OF 2
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Click on "Achieva Direct" tab
To add a Canadian financial institution
- Go to “Manage Accounts”
- Click on the person icon
- Follow the instructions to send the required information to Achieva Financial

To complete the setup, void a personal cheque for the account you want to transfer to/from and mail it to:

We will send you a Secure Message when your Achieva Direct Transfer has been processed and is linked to your Achieva account.
B) TO EDIT AN ACHIEVA DIRECT TRANSFER
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Click on "Achieva Direct" tab
Edit a financial institution
- Go to “Manage Accounts”
- Click on the person icon
- Click on the pencil icon
- Make the required edits
- Click “Save” to confirm changes
Delete a financial institution
- Go to “Manage Accounts”
- Click on the garbage can icon
- Click “Confirm” to delete account or “Cancel” to exit
In the Achieva Mobile App, you can use Achieva Direct Transfer to transfer to/from an account at another financial institution.

Step 1 of 2: Set up Achieva Direct Transfer
1. Log into the Achieva Mobile App
2. Select "Achieva Direct" from bottom menu
3. Click on menu icon (three dots in top right corner) and select "Manage Accounts"
4. Select the person icon to add a new account
5. Review mailed cheque information page and click "Continue"
6. Enter the required information for the account at other financial institution: Financial institution name, bank ID & transit number, Account number and name of account holder. You can enter a custom name (ex. Bob's RBC account)
7. Click "Submit"
8. Review the details on the confirmation screen & Click "Confirm" to proceed if all is correct. Click "Cancel" to edit the information
Step 2 of 2: Mail a voided personal cheque
To complete the setup, void a personal cheque for the account you want to transfer to/from and mail it to:
