How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication?

To set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Online Banking

1. Log into Achieva Online Banking

2. Click on your name and select "Profile & Settings"

3. Below "Security Settings", click "Two-Factor Authentication"

4. On the activation page, enter your email address, mobile phone number or both

5. Click “Get Code” to have your contact information verified.

6. Enter the code you received by email or text

7. Click “Activate Two-Factor Authentication”

For the highest level of security, we recommend the default setting of "Always require 2FA at login"

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

1. Log into the Mobile App

2. Click "More"

3. Click "Profile & Settings"

4. Under the "Security Settings" select "Two-Factor Authentication"

5. On the activation page, enter your email address, mobile phone number or both. Click "Verify" to have your contact information verified.

6. Enter the code you received by email or text.

7. Click "Activate Two-Factor Authentication".

For the highest level of security, select "Always require 2FA at login". A one-time code will be sent to you at each login.  If not, the one-time code will only be sent when:

- Logging in using a new device

- Logging in from a new location and there is no matching travel advisory setup on your account
