Can I deposit a cheque using the Mobile App?

You can deposit a cheque in minutes using the Achieva Mobile App.

1. Login to the Achieva Mobile App

2. Go to the "Deposit" menu

3. Take a photo of the front and back of the cheque, input amount and select the account

4. Click "Submit"

5. Review the information and click "OK"


Cheques deposited using the Achieva Mobile App must be in Canadian funds.


The following cheques will not be accepted:

  • Cheques that have been altered
  • Official Cheques and Money Orders
  • Cheques that are only partially filled out
  • Cheques that are payable to more than one person and they are not joint on the account
  • Cheques that have already been deposited
