In Achieva Online Banking, you can use Achieva Direct Transfer to transfer to/from an account at another financial institution.
You can set up Achieva Direct Transfer in Achieva Online Banking to transfer to/from an account at another financial institution.
To set up Achieva Direct Transfer, you will need the account information, bank information and a voided cheque for the account at the other financial institution.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process Achieva Direct Transfers. $1,000,000 maximum per Achieva Direct Transfer (if over $1,000,000, please call us for assistance)
To transfer funds with Achieva Direct Transfer
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Click on "Achieva Direct" tab
3. Enter required information
4. Click “Submit”
5. Review details and click Confirm Transfer or “Edit” to edit the information
6. Click “Print or Save” to retain a copy of the confirmation
7. Click “Make another Transfer” to send another Achieva Direct

To delete a pending Achieva Direct Transfer
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Go to the "Achieva Direct" tab and select "Manage Transfers"
3. In "Pending Transfers", go to the transfer you want to delete and select “Delete” (or click “Options” and select “Delete”)
4. Click “Delete Transfer” to delete the pending transfer or “Cancel” to exit
To view details of Achieva Direct Transfers
a) Pending Transfers
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Go to the "Achieva Direct" tab and select "Manage Transfers"
3. Go to the transfer you want to view, click “Options” and select “View Details”
4. Click “Close" to exit
b) Sent Transfers
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Go to the "Achieva Direct" tab and select "Summary"
